I am planning to start a small business – I just (public relations, marketing) – any advice – what to do first?
I am a consultant marketing, public relations and writer. They already have a few clients and I have said makes sense to start an LLC. Can anyone share the pros and cons? Only I want to continue as the sole practictioner (consultant) and I'm not planning to hire people or start an agency … Help please!
